President and Founder
Heather Hamilton has 22 years experience in the brokerage of hospitality properties. Past national corporate clients include
Wyndham Hotels, Red Roof Inns, and La Quinta Inns. Heather has authored or been quoted in articles in national real
estate publications including National Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Forum Magazine. She has
served on industry panels including the prestigious New York University International Hospitality Conference, the Hunter Investment
Conference, and the Lodging Conference.
Heather has served as the president of Hotel Brokers International (HBI).
She was only the 2nd female to be elected president in the association's 48 year history. Heather served on HBI's
Board of Directors for a total of eight years.

Dr. Gary M. Cadenhead
who is on the faculty of The University of Texas at Austin, heads Spectrum's consulting division. Consulting
service include market analyses, asset valuations, cost control analyses, property conversion studies, and growth strategies.
Spectrum has a proprietary computerized model of the Texas hotel industry at the state, MSA, and individual property
levels; this model is especially useful in making buy/sell decisions in Texas and can readily be adapted to other states.
One of Gary Cadenhead’s and Heather Hamilton’s largest asset valuation projects was an opinion of value for the
Wyndham Anatole Hotel of Dallas, Texas.
